Following a recent leak of the Batman V Superman trailer, Warner Bros. have now released the teaser themselves, meaning you can now see the official Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice teaser trailer below (in HD).
Coming from director Zack Snyder (the Man of Steel director who released the trailer on Twitter last night), Batman V Superman will see the two heroes going head-to-head in the film which which will begin to build a DC cinematic universe, and introduce a number of well known heroes ahead of planned stand-alone movies, and a Justice League crossover film.
With Jason Momoa (Conan the Barbarian) starring as Aquaman, Gal Gadot (Fast Five) playing Wonder Woman and Ezra Miller (The Perks of Being a Wallflower) making an appearance as The Flash, alongside Ben Affleck’s (Gone Girl) Batman and a returning Henry Cavill (Man of Steel) as Superman, there will be plenty of superhero action to please/overload/disappoint (delete as appropriate) fans of the various comic book franchises.
Also co-starring Man Of Steel‘s Laurence Fishburne, Amy Adams and Diane Lane, Batman V Superman: Dawn Of Justice will also star Jesse Eisenberg (Now You See Me) as Superman’s arch enemy Lex Luthor, and Jeremy Irons (Die Hard: With A Vengeance) as Batman’s butler/confidant Alfred when it’s released on March 25th next year in both the US and UK.
