Captain America: Civil War First Trailer

It’s been talked about for a long while, even before the release of  Avengers: Age Of Ultron, and we’ve already seen posters and concept art, but below (following a series of new posters which can be clicked to view in full size) we now have the first official trailer for Captain America: Civil War; the upcoming Marvel movie which will pit two of the company’s most loved superheroes at odds.

Yes, Captain America (once again played by Chris Evans) and Iron Man (once again played by Robert Downey Jr.) will square off in a huge battle which, judging by the trailer, seems to revolve around the fate of Cap’s former friend Bucky (you may remember him as the memory-lacking super-assassin from The Winter Soldier), and will grow to involve a huge number of heroes; as the cast list already includes William Hurt, Scarlett Johansson, Elizabeth Olsen, Anthony Mackie, Jeremy Renner, Paul Bettany, Sebastian Stan, Paul Rudd, Frank Grillo, and Don Cheadle.

Chadwick Boseman (Draft Day) will also need to be introduced as Black Panther, and there are rumours of Spider-Man and Aunt May (played by Tom Holland and Marisa Tomei respectively) making an appearance, not to mention the inevitable Stan Lee cameo which director’s Joe and Anthony Russo (who also helmed The Winter Soldier) will have had to work in.

Captain America: Civil War is due to be released on April 29th in the UK, ahead of its official US release date on May 6th  2016.
