Christopher McQuarrie To Write and Direct Mission: Impossible 6

We’ve seen a different director tackling every Mission: Impossible film released so far, but that could all change as Christopher McQuarrie (who directed the series’ most recent entry; Rogue Nation) is considering writing and directing Mission: Impossible 6.

A deal is yet to be signed, but given Chris’ close working relationship with star Tom Cruise, and the huge Box Office results of Rogue Nation, it makes sense paramount would like to get the director back – particularly as he’s already hinted at having ideas which could beat the plane stunt from Rogue Nation.
