Following a mortal couple who somehow meet an entire troupe of Greek Gods living in modern-day New York, Gods behaving badly is the upcoming directorial debut of Marc Turtletaub, which has just placed Christopher Walken (Catch Me If You Can) in the role of Zeus; king of the Gods.

Alicia Silverstone (Batman & Robin) and Ebon Moss-Bachrach (The Lake House) will star as the mortal couple, while the Gods will be portrayed by a number of well recognized stars; including Sharon Stone (Basic Instinct) as Aphrodite, Oliver Platt (The Big C) as Apollo, Edie Falco (The Sopranos) as Artemis, Nelsan Ellis (True Blood) as Dionysus, and more.

Gods Behaving Badly will be based on the novel by Marie Phillips, and although we don’t have an official release date as yet, it’s likely to arrive next year; as production is due to begin later this month, on location, in New York.
