Coming from the mind of writer/director Guilermo del Toro (Pan’s Labyrinth, Pacific Rim) Crimson Peak is an upcoming gothic horror movie starring Mia Wasikowska (Alice in Wonderland), Tom Hiddleston (Thor: The Dark World), Jessica Chastain (A Most Violent Year), and Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy), which has just had its first official trailer released online (now available to view below).
Following a young author (Wasikowska) who moves in with her charming husband (Hiddleston), only to find he’s not the man she thought it was, the house they’re in is hiding some pretty dark secrets, and his sister (Chastain) is just as dangerous and mysterious as the creepy house, Crimson Peak is due to be released on October 16th in both the US and UK.
