Written by Allison Burnett (Untraceable), and directed by Heitor Dhalia (Adrift), the upcoming thriller Gone stars Amanda Seyfried (In Time) as a woman who’s convinced that her sister’s abduction has been carried out by the very serial killer who abducted her two years before, and has just had its first trailer released online (now available to view below).

Jill (Seyfried) ends up investigating the abduction and serial killer herself (as the police don’t seem to believe he even exists), in the film which co-stars Jennifer Carpenter (Dexter), Wes Bentley (American Beauty), Daniel Sunjata (Rescue Me), Katherine Moennig (The Lincoln Lawyer), and Emily Wickersham (I Am Number Four), and is due to be released on February 24th in both the US and UK.
