Jake GyllenhaalTraining Day and Olympus Has Fallen director Antoine Fuqua has just finished working with Nightcrawler’s Jake Gyllenhaal on the upcoming boxing drama Southpaw, but the pair have already decided to re-team, as both are now attached to The Man Who Made It Snow.

Originally titled Let It Snow, The Man Who Made It Snow will tell the tale of Max Mermelstein (being adapted from his best-selling autobiography); the Jewish hotel engineer who proved instrumental into expanding the small-scale drug running operation of Pablo Escobar into the infamous billion-dollar business it became.

Fuqua and Gyllenhaal are producing (with Gyllenhaal returning to the producers role after having both produced and starred in Nightcrawler), and currently hoping to sel the rights to the film at the American Film Market (currently taking place in Santa Monica, California).
