Coming from the mind of Phantasm director Don Coscarelli, and following two college dropouts who discover a new designer drug known as Soy Sauce, John Dies At The End looks to be a crazy, intense, horror movie that urges you not to spoil the ending; as seen in the newly release trailer, now available to view below.
Starring relative unknowns Chase Williamson and Rob Mayes (The American Mall) as the dropouts who go on a strange quest after taking the mind-melting drug, and have to try and save the entire universe, John Dies At The End co-stars Paul Giamatti (Ironclad), Clancy Brown (Highlander), and Doug Jones (Hellboy), and is due to receive a digital release in the US on Christmas Day, before earning its theatrical release on January 25th. Though as of yet there’s still no confirmed UK release date.
