Kill Your Friends Poster

Adapted from the cult novel by John Niven (by Niven himself no-less), Kill Your Friends is being tipped as “this generation’s American Psycho“, and you can see why by watching the new Kill Your Friends trailer below.

Nicholas Hoult (the About A Boy star who’s been going from strength to strength lately, with major roles in X-Men: Days of Future Past and Mad Max: Fury Road) headlines as 27-year-old Steven Stelfox; a man trying to make it in the London music scene of the ’90s, and a man not averse to fuelling his search for the next big hit with large quantities of drugs and violence.

Co-starring James Corden (Begin Again), Georgia King (Austenland), Tom Riley (Da Vinci’s Demons), Joseph Mawle (The Hallow), and Ed Skrein (soon to be seen  in Fox’s Deadpool), and marking the first feature film to be directed by Owen Harris (Black Mirror), Kill Your Friends is due to be released on November 6th in the UK. No US release date has been confirmed as yet (though it did screen at the Mill Valley Film Festival last week).
