We’ve had a few casting announcements already, but for the most part (at least recently) things have been fairly quiet as far as the upcoming sci-fi movie Pacific Rim is concerned; that is until Comic-Con started to roll around, and we’ve now been given a brand new teaser poster for the film (available to view below).
Due to star Charlie Hunnam (Sons of Anarchy) and Idris Elba (The Wire) as two men who’re called upon to take giant robots into battle against massive creatures that’re causing problems across the globe, Pacific Rim is due to be directed by Guillermo del Toro (Hellboy), and is due to be released on July 12th 2013 in both the US and UK. Though anyone hoping to catch an early glimpse on what’s on offer may be able to do so in San Diego, at 2:30pm, in Hall H, next Saturday, at Comic-Con.
