Coming from the writer/director of the hugely funny black comedy-drama In Bruges, Seven Psychopaths is the next black comedy-drama from Martin McDonagh, and has just had its first trailer released online (now available to view below).

Colin Farrell (In Bruges) heads up an eclectic cast as screenwriter Martin (a man struggling with writer’s block, and unable to finish his latest script; Seven Psychopaths), and finds himself getting mixed up with his friends’ latest business venture (kidnapping dogs and returning them for ransom money) when it goes horribly wrong.

Martin’s best mate Billy (Sam Rockwell, Iron Man 2), and his friend Hans (Christopher Walken, King of New York), inadvertently kidnap a Shi Tzu belonging to troubled and vengeful local gangster Charlie (Woody Harrelson, Rampart), and find themselves on the wrong side of his wrath, when Seven Psychopaths is released in the US on October 12th, before making its official UK release date on December 7th.
