Following on from the Green Band trailer that was released a while back, and aiming to convince everyone who thought it might not be that scary otherwise, there’s recently been a Red Band trailer for Sinister released online, which is now available to view below.
Being completely dialogue free, the new trailer’s visuals are super important, and highlight even more of what Ethan Hawke (Training Day) finds in the box of home made snuff films he finds in the attic of his new house; where he moves with his family, before investigating the films only to find they involve a pagan deity who eats children’s souls, and claims its victims by coming at you through recorded images of itself.
Vincent D’Onofrio (Kill The Irishman) co-stars alongside Hawke in the Scott Derickson (The Exorcism of Emily Rose) written and directed movie which has been doing the rounds on the festival circuit for sometime (where it’s generally been fairly well received), and is due to be released on october 5th in both the US and UK.
