Looking for something to complain about that’s completely inconsequential and does little to affect your own personal life? Why not join the bandwagon and take a look at these new images of Jared Leto’s Joker, courtesy of Empire magazine.
Yesterday, Empire revealed the first photo of the character, with the one released today accompanied by a crazy-looking Cara Delevingne as Enchantress. They will both appear in David Ayer’s Suicide Squad, which will be released in August, 2016.
Speaking with Empire, Delevingne said, “She’s an ancient sorceress. A feral being. She’s been trapped for so long and now she’s finally let out.” Enchantress’ real name is June Moone, an archaelogist who is transformed after entering a strange cave. “June is an adventure-seeker who’s always wanted some excitement. And she gets what she wished for, in a terrifying way.”
Ayer wrote and directed the film, which will also star Will Smith (Deadshot), Margot Robbie (Harley Quinn), Joel Kinnaman (Rick Flag), Jai Courtney (Boomerang), Adewale Akinnuoye-Agbaje (Killer Croc), Jay Hernandez (El Diablo) and Adam Beach (Slipknot).
