The Films of 2010

With 2010 now officially over, it seems like an appropriate time to look back at the multitude of films released in the past twelve months; a year that contained its fair share of duds and passing fads, but also a few real gems, and several films that might not have pleased the artsy community, but provided a good deal of fun, and a real entertaining ride; and what better way to remember the films of 2010, than by looking at an impressive montage of just about every movie released this past year?

Whilst we can’t take any credit for the video (it came to the internet courtesy of YouTube user ‘genrocks’), it’s a great way to look back at some of the successes and failures of this year’s filmic releases, before moving on to think about all the movies that are due to be released in 2011; including I Am Number 4, Rango, Thor, Fast Five, Pirates of the Caribbean 4, The Hangover 2, Cowboys & Aliens, Johnny English 2, The Three Musketeers, Arthur Christmas, and Sherlock Holmes 2, plus many many more.
