Based upon the true story of Aron Ralston, 127 Hours tells the tale of one mans epic struggle to survive; when he found himself trapped in a remote Utah canyon for over five days, with only the memory of loved ones for company.

Faster:

After being released from prison, a man known only as Driver embarks upon a killing spree designed to get revenge for past grievances; causing a potential victim to hire a lone assassin to get to him before he finishes his task.

Love and Other Drugs:

Free-spirited Maggie finally meets her match in Jamie; a charming Viagra salesman; but when the two decide to enter into a no-strings-attached relationship, they find it hard to keep things casual when they both fall in love.

Burlesque:

Stars: Cher (Tea With Mussolini), Christina Aguilera, Stanley Tucci (The Lovely Bones)

Seeing musical legend Cher return to acting, and Christina Aguilera make her acting debut, Burlesque tells the story of a young girl who starts work at a burlesque bar which needs to start drawing in the crowds, or face being foreclosed.

The Walking Dead: Season One:

Stars: Andrew Lincoln (This Life), Sarah Wayne Callies (Prison Break), Laurie Holden (Silent Hill)

An epic tale of survival and adventure, The Waling Dead sees police officer Rick Grimes wake from a coma to find the world has been ravaged by a zombie epidemic of apocalyptic proportions.

The Next Three Days:

Stars: Russell Crowe (Gladiator), Elizabeth Banks (The 40 Year Old Virgin), Olivia Wilde (House)

When his wife is arrested for a murder she swears she didn’t commit, John Brennan  exhausts every legal means of proving her innocence, before taking proceeding to break her out of prison.

Jackass 3:

Back to their old tricks; the Jackass Pranksters pummel each others groins, perform faeces related stunts, and conduct unlicensed medical surgery on one of their own.

The Fighter:

Based upon the incredible true story of boxer ‘Irish’ Micky Ward, The Fighter tells the tale behind the historic fights; with family turmoil often overshadowing the grueling bouts and hardship Micky endured; in a movie that we referred to as the best film of the year.

Skyline:

Stars: Eric Balfour (What Women Want), David Zayas (The Expendables), Donald Faison (Scrubs)

Blinding yet beautiful lights descend over L.A., mesmerizing the citizens while luring them to an uncertain fate, and as speculation of the lights origins begins to run rampant, three friends try to resist temptation and solve the mystery.

Tangled:

Disney’s twist on the tale of Rapunzel sees a bandit take refuge in a strange tower, only to to discover it’s inhabited by a spirited teenage girl with 70-foot-long golden hair.
