Clearly not content with terrorising people in the Open Water, the Deep Blue Sea, or The Reef, Great White sharks are now invading the shallow end of the ocean, and continuing to terrorise beautiful women out for a swim; as seen below, in The Shallows official trailer.
Blake Lively (The Town) headlines as Mia; a young surfist who has a bit of a rough time on the water, and ends up stranded on a small rock just off shore, with a Great White circling her; in the film which has been written by Anthony Jaswinski (Vanishing on 7th Street), and directed by Juame Collet-Serra (Non-Stop).
The Shallows is due to be released on June 24th in the US, before making its official UK release date on July 1st.
