The Tomb First Image

They’re two of the biggest action stars on the planet, and they’ve just burst onto our screens in The Expendables 2 (which thankfully gives the ex-Governor a larger role than he had in the first Expendables movie), but they’re also soon to be teaming up in The Tomb, and can now be seen in the first image from The Tomb (now available to view below).

Placing action legends Sylvester Stallone and Arnold Schwarzenegger together again, The Tomb will see Stallone framed for a crime he didn’t commit, inhabiting the very maximum security prison he helped design (and made to be apparently inescapable), and plotting an escape with fellow inmate Emil Rottmayer (Schwarzenegger), in spite of the prisons foolproof design, and intolerant guards.

Co-starring Vinnie Jones (Snatch), Curtis Jackson (otherwise known as 50 Cent), Sam Neil (Jurassic Park), Amy Ryan (The Wire), Vincent D’Onofrio (Kill The Irishman), and Jim Caviezel (Deja Vu), The Tomb is being directed by Mikael Håfström (The Rite), and whilst currently lacking an official release date, is still scheduled to touch down sometime next year.
