Universal Talk Ted 2

Seth MacFarlane has had huge, and undeniable, comedy successes on the small screen, but no-one was sure exactly how his first venture onto the big screen would translate. Thankfully Ted proved to be the adult comedy of the year (according to our review), and now has Universal itching to make a sequel.

Steve Burke himself (head honcho over at NBC Universal) has said that the company is extremely keen to make Ted 2 (hardly surprising given it grossed $395 million at the worldwide Box Office and scored Universal’s biggest opening in five years), although Seth MacFarlane (who’s still busy voicing his three cartoon series’) admits he hadn’t even thought about crafting a sequel, but would definitely be open to the possibility.
