It came as a huge shock to many fans when, despite the huge amount of praise earned, the multiple award wins, and the consistently high viewing figures, the hiatus between Breaking Bad’s season three and four was extended until an undetermined date; a date which has thankfully now been finalized.
AMC have recently confirmed that Walter White (Bryan Cranston, Malcolm in the Middle); the cancer-suffering chemistry teacher turned crystal meth-maker; will return along with his partner-in-crime Jesse (Aaron Paul, The Last House on the Left), with more family issues, money troubles, law troubles, and drug-dealing antics, when season 4 premiere’s on Sunday July 17th (a day every Breaking Bad fan should mark in their calendar).
