Anyone who wishes to leave the final chapter of Captain America: The First Avenger as a mystery until they’ve seen it on the big screen should probably avoid watching the below clip, as not only does it feature part of the teaser trailer for Marvel’s upcoming superhero crossover movie The Avengers (which is currently doing the rounds as a post-credits extra, included on cinema screenings of Captain America), but also the final scene from the Captain America movie.
Captain America: The First Avenger features Chris Evans (Scott Pilgrim) as the titular hero Steve Rogers; who’s transformed, from a 90 pound asthmatic, into a hulking super soldier, and promptly sent off to Europe to fight the Nazi’s (where one particular Nazi, The Red Skull; who’s played by the Matrix’s Hugo Weaving; is apparently causing even more trouble than Hitler).
Also featuring Tommy lee Jones (Men in Black), Stanley Tucci (Burlesque), Hayley Atwell (The Pillars of the Earth), and Richard Armitage (Spooks), Captain America is out now, and can be seen in cinemas nationwide (in both 2D and 3D).
