Coming once again via one of The Rock’s social channel’s (seemingly the go-to place for information regarding any of Dwayne Johnson’s upcoming films), we’ve got a brand new look at Dwayne’s Luke Hobbs from Fast 8; though just why he appears to be incarcerated remains a mystery.
Still, after Dwayne’s lacklustre comedy Central Intelligence, it’ll be great to see some jailhouse Rock when he re-teams with Vin Diesel, Michelle Rodriguez and co. for the eight instalment in the Fast and Furious franchise, which will see Mad Max: Fury Road star Charlize Theron starring as the big bad, and also feature the franchise’s first appearance from Helen Mirren (Red).
Directed by F. Gary Gray (Straight Outta Compton), Fast 8 is due to be released on April 14th 2017.
