Coming via the official Game Of Thrones Twitter account, we now have three brand new teasers for the upcoming sixth season of HBO’s lauded fantasy series Game of Thrones (each based around a specific house from the series – Stark, Targaryen, and Lannister) available to view below.
Sadly, there’s no new footage, or even a note of happiness; as each of the teasers (a small audio file played over a graphic of a tattered house flag) spell doom for their respective houses – all coming from different outside sources.
While there’s little information given here (no, we still haven’t been officially made aware of Jon Snow’s fate), we do know that Game Of Thrones Season 6 will premiere on April 24th in the US (on HBO), before likely making its way onto UK screens on April 25th (on Sky Atlantic – with the possibility of a simulcast at around 2am), and will now come with the added bonus of book lovers being unable to spoil upcoming events; as season six has now over taken the George R.R. Martin novels upon which the series is based.
