If anyone saw the original trailer for Warner Bros’ upcoming comedy Hall Pass and thought it looked just a little too tame, all those fears and anxieties should now have been redressed with the movie’s newly released Red Band trailer; which is now available to view below, and comes loaded with many more sex jokes, vagina impressions, and terrible chat-up lines.
Coming from the kings of shock-comedy; the Farrelly brothers (whose credits include Dumb and Dumber, There’s Something About Mary, and Me, Myself & Irene); Hall Pass chronicles the adventures of two average married men (played by Marley and Me’s Owen Wilson, and The Bounty Hunter’s Jason Sudeikis), whose wives grant an entire week off from marriage, where anything goes.
Christina Applegate (Married With Children) and Jenna Fischer (Blades of Glory) play the infuriated wives (who give their husbands a Hall Pass in the hope it will stop them obsessing about sex), and are joined by a large number of women that the men either fantasize about, or try to sleep with; including Alyssa Milano (Charmed), Vanessa Angel (Kingpin), and Lauren Bowles (George of the Jungle).
Also joining the cast are Stephen Merchant (Extras), Richard Jenkins (Step Brothers), Alexandra Daddario (Percy Jackson & Olympians: The Lightning Thief), and Tyler Hoechlin (Road to Perdition), in the film that’s due to be released on February 25th in the U.S., and on March 11th in the U.K.
