Following on from the first trailer, we now have our second look at the brand new Hitman movie; featuring Rupert Friend (Homeland) as everyone’s favourite bald, barcoded, agent of death; courtesy of the Hitman: Agent 47 official trailer 2, available to view below.
Once more based on the popular video game series (though unrelated to the Timothy Olyphant Hitman movie), Agent 47 will focus much more on the program used to create the genetically engineered killers (hopefully without re-hasing Dark Angel footage this time), and see the legendary killer taking on a corporation who plans to use the program to craft their own army of even greater killers.
Co-starring Cirian Hinds (Game of Thrones), Zachary Quinto (Star Trek), Hannah Ware (Oldboy), and Emilio Rivera (Sons of Anarchy), the Aleksander Bach directed Hitman: Agent 47 is due to be released on August 21st in the US, before making it’s official UK release date on August 28th.
