Last year saw the Blu-ray release of a much loved classic film trilogy; Back to the Future; celebrated by the theatrical-re-release of its first film, and this year, right around the same time (next month in fact), UK film fans will get the opportunity to celebrate the release of another long-awaited Blu-ray trilogy, when they are treated to having another classic movie re-released on the big screen; Steven Spielberg’s Jurassic Park.
Coming to cinemas courtesy of a brand new digital remaster that’s sure to bring the T-Rex, those velociraptors, and even the dreaded spitting dilophosaurus, back to life once again, and accompanied by newly mastered 7.1 audio; that’s certain to enhance every roar, scream, and water-glass-shaking rumble; Jurassic Park will be re-appearing on UK cinema screens on September 23rd; roughly a month before the release of the Jurassic Park Blu-ray Trilogy.
The Jurassic Park Trilogy is also coming to Blu-ray in a trio of different editions (and is available to pre-order now by clicking their respective titles, or the product links below the trailer); including the entrance level Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy (consisting of the three films, and their digital counterparts), the Jurassic Park Ultimate Trilogy Limited Collector’s Edition (newly packaged release with all three films, and their digital counterparts), and the Jurassic Park Trilogy Ultimate Collector’s Edition (consisting of the three films; in Ultimate Trilogy packaging; their digital counterparts, a certificate of authenticity, and a deluxe T-Rex model); and will make their Blu-ray debut when on October 24th in the UK, and on October 25th in the US.
