Clearly a workaholic, Keanu Reeves seems to be adding more and more films to his schedule by the hour; as while working away on John Wick 2, he’s also signed on to appear in the upcoming dark comedy To The Bone.
Marking the directorial debut of Marti Noxon (known best for her work on TV shows such as Buffy The Vampire Slayer and Angel), To The Bone will star Lily Collins (The Mortal Instruments: City Of Bones) as a young woman suffering from anorexia , and see Reeves playing the part of the doctor trying to help her embrace her life, and her treatment.
Noxon has said “Keanu has such generosity and intelligence, not to mention a warmth that I’m eager to tap into. We’re all incredibly excited that he’s agreed to help us bring To the Bone to life.” Cleary excited to be working with Reeves, Noxon will begin shooting, from a self-written script which incorporates elements of her own battle with anorexia, in Los Angeles shortly.
