Scott Eastwood (son of Clint, and star of The Longest Ride) and Ed Harris (The Rock) have just signed on to appear in the based-on-truth thriller The Last Full Measure; with Eastwood playing a pentagon investigator who attempts to uncover the truth behind a covered-up Vietnam operation.
The cover-up focusses on Air Force medic William Pitsenbarger; a man who gave his life in order to save over 60 of his fellow soldiers, and someone whose brothers-in-arms feel should’ve been awarded the Medal Of Honour.
Laurence Fishburne (The Matrix) and Morgan Freeman (The Shawshank Redemption) are also in talks to star in the Todd Robinson (Phantom) written and directed movie which is set to start filming this September, and will be up for sale at this year’s Cannes Film Festival.
