Built on the intriguing concept of a hitman, who has his contracted victims sent to him across the time vortex from 30 years in the future, only to find his latest victim happens to be a future version of himself, Looper has just had its latest trailer released online (now available to view below).
Starring Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Inception) as the aforementioned hitman, and Bruce Willis (Die Hard) as the future version of said hitman; who is zapped back for execution, and takes the obvious moments of shock of his younger-self’s face as the perfect opportunity to run, before spending the film attempting to escape a kind of pro-active suicide; Looper has been written and directed by Rian Johnson (The Brothers Bloom), will co-star Emily Blunt (The Adjustment Bureau), Paul Dano (The Girl Next Door), Jeff Daniels (Speed), Garret Dillahunt (Deadwood), and Piper Perabo (Coyote Ugly), and is due to be released on September 28th in both the US and UK.
