It was only recently we received the news that Lethal Weapon star and Hollywood mad-man Gary Busey will be appearing in Piranha 3DD; the sequel to last year’s surprisingly fun horror Piranha 3D; but since then there have been a number of further casting announcements; including the news that three of the first film’s stars would be returning.
Those returning to the franchise include the ever popular Christopher Lloyd (Back to the Future), Ving Rhames (Pulp Fiction); a man we had all presumed was killed off in the last movie; and Paul Scheer (Blackballed), who will be returning to star in the sequel that will be based in a new water park, and once again see an army of razor-toothed fish stripping the flesh from numerous bikini laden girls.
One of those bikini laden girls (or at least will presume she will be appearing in the film with very little to wear) will be played by 30 Rock star Katrina Bowden; who was recently voted the Sexiest Woman Alive (by American Esquire), and will be co-starring alongside Danielle Panabaker (Shark), Matt Bush (Adventureland), Chris Zylka (The Amazing Spider-Man), and David Joechner (Paul), in the John Gulager (Feast) film that’s due for release this coming November.
