While the first movie didn’t exactly set the world on fire, it made enough people take note (and enough money) to warrant a sequel, and so Red 2 will soon begin filming, and has just had its first official teaser poster released online (now available to view below).
Returning cast members Bruce Willis (Expendables 2), John Malkovich (Con Air), Helen Mirren (The Queen), and Mary-Louise Parker (Weeds), will be back as the aging ex-Black-Ops team who’ll this time be tackling an enemy in Europe, and sharing screen-time with Anthony Hopkins (Thor), Catherine Zeta-Jones (Chicago), Neal McDonough (Band of Brothers), and Byung-hun Lee (G.I. Joe: The Rise of Cobra) when Red 2 is released on August 2nd 2013 in both the US and UK.
