As well as starring as the Caped Crusader in Batman v Superman: Dawn Of Justice, The Batfleck has been tapped by Warner Brothers to star and direct, as well as co-writing with DC Comics chief creative officer Geoff Johns, in a solo Batman movie.
Don’t expect it anytime too soon as Affleck is due next to direct his next project Live By Night so the earliest we may see it is 2018 and that’s being generous with team up Justice League on the way too. Should be worth waiting on all the same as Ben Affleck has crafted himself a superb reputation behind the camera. Only thing is, it’s going to reflect Batman’s status at the end of the two upcoming team up and fight against DC movies – who knows what Zack Snyder has planned?!
