Following on from the original trailer and host of images, character posters (available to view below, and clickable to view in full size), the now infamous banned poster, and official quad, Robert Rodriguez/Frank Miller’s latest collaboration now has a second Red Band trailer, and you can now see the latest official Sin City: A Dame To Kill For Red Band trailer below.
A sequel to 2005’s Sin City, once again based on Frank Miller’s graphic novels of the same name and co-directed by Miller and Robert Rodriguez, A Dame To Kill For will focus on two tales from the comics (A Dame To Kill For, and Just Another Saturday Night) largely involving one of the series’ favourite characters; Marv (once more played by Mickey Rourke).
Joining the cast as a gambler named Johnny, Joseph Gordon-Levitt (Looper) leads a host of newcomers including Eva Green (300: Rise of an Empire), Ray Liotta (Goodfellas), Jeremy Piven (Entourage), Stacy Keach (American History X), Dennis Haysbert (The Unit), and both Trust’s Clive Owen and MIB3’s Josh Brolin (who both star as P.I Dwight MCarthy) who’ll share their screen-time with returning cast members which include the likes of Bruce Willis, Rosario Dawson, Jamie King, and Jessica Alba, when Sin City; A Dame to Kill For is released on August 22nd in the US, before making its official UK release date on August 25th.
