Martin (Connor Paolo, Mystic River); the young teenager; is being guided to safety by Mister (Nick Damici, World Trade Center); a rogue vampire hunter with a trunk full of wooden stakes; as the pair make their way north through locked down towns, and picked up a number of survivors along the way; including a devout nun, and a pregnant teenager.
Gaining a huge amount of acclaim, Stake Land has been dubbed the American horror film of the year, and promises that anyone who goes to see it will see the most vicious vampires to have been seen in recent film history, in Jim Mickle’s (Mulberry Street) gritty, post-apocalyptic, road movie.
