Back in April, when Creed star Sylvester Stallone announced he was attached to the project, the upcoming mystery/thriller from STX Entertainment was known as Godforsaken, and while it’s currently nameless, it now has a director attached; Jim Mickle (Cold In July).
Stallone will headline as an ex-con who hears his estranged son has died, and quickly finds his quiet life shattered when he realises he needs to return to protect the rest of his estranged family, in the film which has been scripted by Daniel Casey, but doesn’t have an official release date as yet.
