If you loved movies like Big, Freaky Friday, or 13 Going on 30, when you were younger, and have been thinking that what the world really needs is a male, R-rated version of those body-swap movies, The Change-Up could be the film for you, and you can judge for yourself by watching the recently released Red Band trailer below.
Starring Jason Bateman (Paul) as an overworked lawyer/family-man named Dave, and Ryan Reynolds (The Green Lantern) as a single playboy named Mitch, The Change-Up sees the pair swapping bodies with comedic results, and not only comes from the writers of The Hangover, and the director of Wedding Crashers, but looks to contain a fair few laughs that certainly wouldn’t be found in any body-swapping children’s movie.
The Change-Up also stars Olivia Wilde (Tron: Legacy), Leslie Mann (Knocked Up), and Alan Arkin (Little miss Sunshine), and is due to be released on August 5th in the US, and will make its way onto UK cinema screens on September 16th.
