The CW is getting ready to add yet another monster show to its ranks with Transylvania.
The show, which is currently in development, will take us back to the 1880s, and in it “a headstrong young woman in search of her missing father ventures from NYC to Transylvania where she teams up with a wrongfully disgraced Scotland Yard Detective, and together they witness the births of the most famous monsters and villains in history.”
The show is written and executive produced by Hugh Sterbakov, and will be produced by Midnight Radio, the producing team of Jeff Pinkner, Josh Appelbaum, Andre Nemec and Scott Rosenberg. They were also behind CBS series Zoo. CBS Studios is also on board to produce.
