Following on from the well received, classically played out, horror movie The Woman In Black (starring Harry Potter’s Daniel Radcliffe) we now have an official trailer for its sequel, The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death, available to view below.
While it’s definitely a teaser in both name and nature (showing little more than a lot of darkness, and some atmospheric audio), the new trailer is our first glimpse at the film which takes place 40 years after the events of the first film, and has seen the British government seize the haunted house where The Woman dwells, and turn it into a military hospital.
Since its use as a military hospital, the Eel Marsh house has become a dumping ground fro evacuated children during the second world war, and as the kiddies awaken the dormant spirit once more it falls on a psychiatric nurse to try and uncover the deadly secrets held within the house.
Starring Jeremy Irvine (War Horse), Helen McCrory (Skyfall), and Ned Dennehy (Sherlock Holmes), The Woman In Black: Angel Of Death is being directed by Tom Harper (Peaky Blinders) from a Jon Croker (Desert Dancer) script, and is filming now, ahead of an official UK release date of February 13th 2015.
