We’ve only just seen the release of the hilarious Red Band teaser trailer for American Reunion; the upcoming fourth [proper] American Pie movie; yet already a new trailer has been released online (now available to view below), showcasing more of the cast, less of the sexual embarrassment, and like any real reunion, tightly tugging on the nostalgia strings.
Jim (Jason Biggs), Michelle (Alyson Hannigan), Stifler (Seann William Scott), Oz (Chris Klein), Kevin (Thomas Ian Nicholas), Heather (Mena Suvari), Vicky (Tara Reid), Finch (Eddie Kaye Thomas), and even both Jim’s Dad (Eugene Levy) and Stifler’s Mom (Jennifer Coolidge) will be returning for the reunion which promises much more of the antics we witnessed in the first three films, just with the stars being just a little bit older.
American Reunion (or American Pie: Reunion as marketing gurus have dubbed the UK release; because clearly Brit’s wouldn’t understand it was a sequel without the expanded title) has been written and directed by Hayden Schlossberg and Jon Hurwitz (Harold & Kumar), and is due to be released on April 6th in both the US and UK.
