Starring in what appears to be his straightest role for a long time, Will Ferrell (Anchorman: The Legend of Ron Burgundy) leads the cast of Everything Must Go as an alcoholic salesman who’s fired from his job, only to return home and find his wife has left him, in the movie which has just had its latest poster released online (now available to view below).
Based on Raymond Carver’s short story Why Don’t You Dance? Everything Must Go sees Ferrell’s salesman living on his front lawn, surrounded by all of his worldly possessions; which he soon decides to sell in order to help him start over; alongside Rebecca Hall (The Town), Stephen Root (Dodgeball), Laura Dern (Jurassic Park), and Michael Pena (The Lincoln Lawyer), in the film that had it’s US release earlier this year, but is scheduled to make its UK debut on October 14th.
