Knight and Day Premiere

1

Last night saw the London Premiere of James Mangold’s (Walk The Line) Knight and Day; a comedy/action movie about an experienced secret agent, mixed up in a deadly game of deception and guns, and his new girlfriend/reluctant accomplice.

Mission Impossible’s Tom Cruise plays the well travelled spy, who’s on a quest to clear his name, save the country, and protect an innocent young boy (as the all usually are), and Cameron Diaz (Charlie’s Angels, 2000) plays the average girl who gets caught up in the whole mess, and can only stop herself from having a heart attack by drooling over Cruise’s good looks and charm, while he kills everything in sight, in order to protect both her, the boy, and their cargo.

Both Cruise and Diaz (who previously worked together on the much darker Vanilla Sky) made it to the premiere last night in Leicester Square, and signed what seemed to be hundreds of autographs, and took dozens of photos with fans, before they finally made their way inside the cinema and introduced the movie along with James Mangold.

The film will be released on August the 6th, but anyone who’s interested in the movie can check back here for our review; which will go live on the 2nd; or have a look at the red-carpet pictures from last night, and watch the premiere report below.
