Matt Reeves to Direct The Twilight Zone Movie?

Warner Bros. have been moving ahead with their planned big screen adaptation of the classic Rod Serling TV series The Twilight Zone (which already had a movie back in 1983) for quite sometime, but now it looks as if things are moving onto the next level; as they are hoping to secure a deal that will see the film directed by Let Me In’s Matt Reeves.

Negotiations are expected to begin shortly, and then hopefully Reeves will then sign on to direct the film that, unlike the 1983 movie, will not be a series of shorts filmed by different directors, but focus on a singular tale with the main link to the original series coming from the fact it will have a rather “eerie feel’, and can hopefully enter production next summer.
