Accompanying the release of the BIG GAME TV Spot (the latest trailer for Terminator Genisys, which aired during the Super Bowl and can now be seen below), a brand new image for the upcoming Terminator sequel/reboot Terminator Genisys surfaced online, and can now be seen on the right.
Once more starring Arnold Schwarzenegger as the titular cyborg (in multiple versions of himself this time), Genisys will attempt to put a whole new spin on the franchise by rewriting the timeline we’ve all grown so accustomed to; seeing Kyle Reese (Jai Courtney, Divergent) sent back in time to 1984 in order to save Sarah Connor (Emilia Clarke, Game Of Thrones) only to have her turn up, rescue him, and inform him that the entire timeline is in flux.
Co-starring Jason Clarke (Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes), Matt Smith (Doctor Who), Byung-hun Lee (G.I. Joe: Retaliation), and J.K. Simmons (Whiplash), the Alan Taylor (Thor: The Dark World) directed Terminator Genisys is due to be released on July 1st in the US, before making its official UK release date on July 3rd.
