The Princess Poster and Trailer

Telling the story of Princess Diana exclusively through archival footage, The Princess is the upcoming documentary film from Academy Award-nominated director Ed Perkins (Black Sheep), which Rolling Stone called “the definitive Princess Diana documentary.” Now, ahead of its official release next month, Altitude have released a brand new poster for the film (below) based on original artwork from artist and social historian Nicola Green.

Coming from the producers behind Man On Wire and Searching For Sugar Man, The Princess aims to create a bold and immersive narrative of Diana’s life and death; showing the impact she had, and how she shaped the public’s view of the monarchy.

The Princess will receive its U.K. premiere at Sundance Film Festival London on 11 June, before heading to cinemas on 30 June, including a one-night-only event across the U.K. and Ireland; tickets for which are available now at www.altitude.film.
