After scoring success in the brilliant, yet criminally under-seen, Netflix show Godless (for which he won an Emmy award), Jeff Daniels will soon be heading back to the streamer for a new limited series A Man In Full.
Based on Tom Wolfe’s 1998 novel of the same name, A Man In Full revolves around an Atlanta real estate agent (Daniels) who will stop at nothing to defend his at-risk empire, when he finds himself suddenly facing bankruptcy. A role which should continue Daniels’ stellar TV run; which includes The Newsroom (another show for which he won an Emmy), and last year’s American Rust (which sadly won’t be returning for a second season).
No other cast members have been announced as yet, though David E. Kelley (the man behind Netflix’s adaptation of The Lincoln Lawyer) will be writing, executive producing, and act as showrunner, with Ray star Regina King also serving as executive producer, and directing the first three episodes of A Man In Full‘s six episode run.
